Couples Therapy

Seeking therapy is a vulnerable process for everyone.  When you exist outside the heteronormative-cisgendered box, it can be challenging to find a therapist who is informed and affirming.

Here you will be fully celebrated.  You will be free to do the work of therapy, to heal, grow and to thrive in a safe space.  You will be accepted, respected and wholly welcomed


I am currently offering teletherapy for both individuals and couples. COVID-19 paved the way for virtual therapy, giving you the ability to benefit from safe, secure therapy no matter where you are in the State of Oregon. From your couch at home, to sitting in your car on your lunch break, or hiking Mt. Hood, if you have a device that connects to a camera and microphone and have an internet connection, we can meet. I have found teletherapy to be just as effective as in-person therapy. Most of my clients appreciate the ease of having their session wherever they choose.

All virtual sessions are safe, secure, and HIPAA compliant. The only difference between a traditional therapy session and a virtual therapy session is the ease with which your virtual session is accessed. I will return to in-person therapy for those that choose once it is safer to do so.
